Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter

The promoter of this competition is SIEPER Group ABN. 58 000 295 453 (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to attendees of the 2025 MLAA Expo.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

  • For every $200 (AUD) Ex GST spent on BURG WÄCHTER products at the MLAA Expo, participants will receive one (1) raffle ticket into the prize draw.
  • Multiple entries are permitted based on qualifying spend.

Competition Period

  • Entries open at 6.00pm Thursday 11th September 2025 and close at 4:00pm on Saturday 13th September 2025.
  • Late entries will not be accepted.

Prize Draw & Winner

  • All valid entries will go into the prize draw.
  • The winner will be drawn at random during the MLAA Expo Gala Dinner on the 13th of September 2025.
  • The winner is not required to be present at the Gala Dinner to claim the prize.

Prize

  • The prize is a ‘Limited Edition Diplomat SAFE – 25 Year Anniversary Edition (56-Litres) in Vintage Green with Brass Handle & 25-Year Plaque’.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree that their name and business name may be announced publicly if they win.
  • Personal details collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

General Conditions

  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
